The restaurant
Restaurant "Il Capriccio" by effect fresh and coloured, has two large halls and a pleasant summer terrace where you have the opportunity to taste dish's:
- Il capriccio (the whim) of fish (great starter that offers the wide range of appetizers).
- Mackerel marinated with balsamic vinegar of Modena with potatoes and salad valerian.
- Pici ragout of cuttlefish (the umbrian tradition united with flavour of the sea).
- Tuna sashimi in sesame crust roasted with soy sauce or onions braised to vinegar.
- The adriatic frying.
- The great fish mix barbecue.
- Pici with wild boar souse.
- Tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce of hare the barbecued argentina steak ribs of lamb.
Not to last the desserts that are, as the pasta, rigorously done
