The restaurant

Restaurant "Il Capriccio" by effect fresh and coloured, has two large halls and a pleasant summer terrace where you have the opportunity to taste dish's:

  • Il capriccio (the whim) of fish (great starter that offers the wide range of appetizers).
  • Mackerel marinated with balsamic vinegar of Modena with potatoes and salad valerian.
  • Pici ragout of cuttlefish (the umbrian tradition united with flavour of the sea).
  • Tuna sashimi in sesame crust roasted with soy sauce or onions braised to vinegar.
  • The adriatic frying.
  • The great fish mix barbecue.
  • Pici with wild boar souse.
  • Tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce of hare the barbecued argentina steak ribs of lamb.
